Fairly clean hotel, and the staff were friendly, location was peaceful near to stores. We had a double room and it included an electric kettle, a fridge, and an air conditioning. A bath in the private bathroom was a plus❤
Sadly, but there was mould in some areas.

We recently stayed at Alya Rooms for the second time and are planning to go again next weekend. the location is very convenient, right in the center with plenty of great restaurants, bars, and cafes nearby. the room was super, with a fridge and the ability to make coffee and tea. It was also spotlessly clean and comfortable, with a huge balcony. Despite knowing that there was no 24-hour reception or breakfast included, we didn't mind. the receptionist, Mr
Urgu, was very professional and helpful, speaking good English. Cons: Nothing to dislike.

I recently stayed at Alya Rooms for a few days in the heart of the city. The location is absolutely perfect, with a variety of great restaurants, bars, and cafes nearby. The room was spotlessly clean and had a spacious balcony with a nice street view. The receptionist, Mr. Ugur, was extremely professional and spoke excellent English. He was always available to provide clear instructions, helpful recommendations, and even arranged a late-night cab to the airport. The hotel is surrounded by plenty of shops, restaurants, and even a movie theatre. Plus, it's within walking distance to the historical center and a short walk to the bus stop to Girne.
I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is right in the center with plenty of great restaurants, bars, and cafes close by. Old town can be reached within 20 minutes walking. the room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had a huge balcony. There is no 24-hour reception or breakfast, but that was not a problem for us. Plenty of shops, restaurants, and coffee places around, even a movie theatre across the road. the historical center is within walking distance, and there is a bus stop to Girne nearby. the location is perfect for budget travelers.
Felt so much at home, no reason to complain.

Great location close to delicious restaurants and cafes. The room was spacious and cozy, offering a comfortable atmosphere to settle in during my romantic escape. I also appreciated that the receptionist spoke good English and was always willing to help.
The cleanliness of the room was not up to par. Although the room was generally clean, I noticed some mold on the tea cups, which put me off from eating or drinking in the room.

What a lovely Christmas experience! the hotel was situated in a prime location with plenty of restaurant options nearby. the room itself was well designed and spacious, with comfortable beds that made it perfect for a relaxing holiday.
Only one minor issue with the cleanliness of the cups, but it was quickly rectified once we brought it to their attention. there was a tricky situation with rental cars if you were coming from the other side of the border, but it wasn't the hotel's fault.
